Virtual Wall of Distinction Honorees and The Crystal Awards

This is an anniversary year for the ADDitions School Volunteer (50th year) and Partners in Education (40th year) programs.
In honor of our anniversaries, the annual Community Outreach Recognition event program has been given a new name: Crystal Awards! This name honors our ADDitions School Volunteers and Partners in Education, reflecting the fact that they are highly valued for their lasting impact, which helps ensure every child has a promising and successful future.
We hosted a WebEx meeting with our honorees to unveil the Virtual Wall of Distinction honorees on April 22; which is now live on the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools YouTube Channel. The Virtual Wall of Distinction recognizes pioneers, leaders and community partners who have enhanced student achievement continuously throughout our community involvement programs’ 50-year journey to date.
Inclusion on the Wall of Distinction is the highest level of recognition bestowed by the ADDitions School Volunteers and Partners in Education programs. #ocpswod
For more than 27 years, SeaWorld Orlando has been a gem of a partner for hosting the Community Outreach annual celebration. This year is no different: although we are hosting a virtual event, SeaWorld is once again happy to celebrate with us by inviting our honorees to be their guests in the park for one day.
